About the event
This class is med-high intensity and will include fitness boxing drills with mitts, gloves, and punching bags. Experience taking a fitness class is not required but highly encouraged.
Hey, Sis—this space was created just for you. We know that 1 in 4 Black girls experience sexual abuse before 18. That means when you're in a room full of women, you're likely amid experiencers. We also know that trauma doesn’t just live in our minds or go away with time it stays in our bodies until we release it. In this setting, that’s why we focus on healing, not talking about the past.
